What is IHHT?
IHHT stands for intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic training. A session alternates between periods of oxygen-reduced and oxygen-enriched air, making it a form of simulated altitude training – no mountain required. It is often simply called hypoxia training.
How much space and power does it need?
The device measures 46.5 × 40.6 × 54 cm (advanced: 64 cm tall) and weighs 43 kg (advanced: 46.6 kg). Each station also needs room for a reclining chair. We confirm the power requirements with your quote.
